What we offer.......

We recognise that joining a health club can be a big decision. They are full of lycra clad body beautiful superfit people aren't they? Just the sort of person you aren't. NOT HERE AT PLANET! Our members are normal everyday people just like you (and me!) who just want to improve their quality of life by getting a bit fitter, losing some weight and enjoying themselves in the process!

Of course we can provide for the athlete, but we make sure that all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages are made to feel at home in our extensive facilities. Want to just have a leisurely swim and have a chat? Thats fine by us but expect our staff to be joining in too!

We also keep our prices competitive, so not only do you get the best experience but it probably costs you less too!

Our staff are there to help you. That's it. That's all they do.

They smile, speak to you and take a genuine interest in what you want to achieve.They've gone to college, got themselves qualified and now they want to pass on their knowledge and experience to YOU.

You don't need personal training, you need a health club that cares. We care enough to offer an initial assessment and six weekly re-assessments at no additional cost. Whats the point of exercising if you don't see the rewards? Each assessment comes with a computer generated report showing exactly how you're progressing. How motivating is that?

Classes at Planet Health Club

Our classes suit everyone. With over 25 classes each week, there must be one for you - spinning, pilates, step and BLT just to name a few. These classes are included at no extra cost with most membership types, please ask when joining. We also run 30 minute FLABéLOS Vibro classes, which are available to both members and non members.

Swimming Lessons at Planet Health Club

Childrens lessons take place on Saturday mornings. We cater for all abilities from complete beginner to improvers. Our 6 week courses are available to children of both members and non members of Planet Health Club, however the minimum age is 5.

Our adult lessons are on a "one to one" basis and are for members only. Again catering for everything from complete beginner to improvers the 1/2 hour session times are completely flexible to suit you.
